Kundalini Yoga
A transformative practice, Kundalini yoga builds strength, breath, cognitive function, emotional fitness, and spiritual connection. With a focus on breath, movement and transforming energy, Kundalini uses kriyas (specific yoga sequences) to create a desired result such as better digestion or an uplifted mood. Classes begin by tuning in with a chant, breath exercises and a warm up before the kriya which is followed by Savasana and meditation.
